M\u00f3nica Sampaio <\/p><p>&#8220;Being trained in the field of Psychology over the years, I felt the need to give my patients therapeutic support in which to help build a more balanced life, both in terms of emotional and spiritual health.<\/p><p>  From this point of view, there was an interest in complementary training in the field of Holistic Therapy such as Coaching, Clinical Hypnosis, Bioenergetic Physiology, Saint Germain Flower Remedies, Family Constellation, VET, NLP, among others.<\/p><p>The search for knowledge in these areas has enabled me to benefit from tools that are capable of promoting health, in a more complete way, as a natural practice and enabling a change in awareness about their own pain, enabling the individual to be an active agent in their own support health and emotional well-being, someone who educates and supports people in their transformation process, in their journey to build new healthy habits and create sustainable lifestyle changes that will bring you greater happiness.<\/p><p>It is an approach that considers the human being as a whole, in its physical, mental, emotional and energetic
